Competition terms and conditions

Magni organises a wide range of competitions on both Instagram and Facebook. The competitions on Facebook and Instagram are not sponsored, organised or administered by Facebook and Instagram, as the competitions are held by Magni ApS. The competitions take place on Magni's Facebook ( www.facebook.com/MagniToys) and Magni's Instagram ( www.instagram.com/magni_danish_design).

Participation in the competitions

To participate in the competition, the participants must do what is stated in the specific competition announcement. The competition is open to all persons over the age of 18 who live in Denmark. Only one entry per Facebook profile and Instagram profile per competition is allowed. Magni employees and members of their households are excluded from participating.

If a participant provides incorrect personal information or otherwise interferes with the proper conduct of the competition, they may be excluded from participating in the competition and the distribution of the prizes.


The duration of the competition

All competitions run over a given competition period. The competition starts and ends as stated in the specific competition announcement. Magni cannot guarantee that the server is available at all times.
The winners of the competition will be determined by drawing lots among the registered commenters in accordance with the conditions for participation. The winners will be found and notified on the date specified in the specific competition post.
The winners will be notified via a private message. The winners must respond to the private message, after which the transfer of the prize will be agreed upon. If the winners have not contacted Magni ApS within 24 hours of the draw, Magni ApS reserves the right to draw a new winner. In that case, the original winner cannot make a claim against Magni ApS.
The number of winners and the prize to be awarded will be stated in the specific competition post. The prizes awarded in the competition are personal and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes. Formalities regarding the transfer of the prize will be agreed with the winners. For the purpose of shipping the prize, the organiser is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the winners. Magni shall bear the taxes and prize fees arising from the competition. The prizes offered in the competition are personal and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes. Magni is responsible for the taxes and prize fees incurred by the competition.

Additional information

The Organiser also reserves the right, without notice and without separate announcement, to change these terms and conditions of participation if this becomes necessary for legal and concrete reasons. All complaints referring to the organisation of the competition must be sent in writing to Magni ApS, Sundsholmen 14, 9400 Nørresundby or hello@magni.dk within 14 days. Complaints received by phone or too late will not be accepted.
